From Scratch is an art exhibit celebrating food in all its forms, whether as a source of joy, a cultural touchstone, or a symbol of shared experiences. We’re especially interested in works that portray growing, harvesting, cooking, or eating, exploring food’s connection to identity, tradition, indulgence, and even humor.
There will be a special award from Urban Seeds for artwork that highlights the beauty and significance of fresh, local ingredients and agriculture. Please review their website and check out the programs they offer. Local food is for everyone! If you wish to submit art, visit our Calls for Art page.
