The Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana invites artists to explore and celebrate the power of self-affirmation, personal growth, and empowerment through artistic expression.
We encourage artists to reflect on their own experiences of empowerment and self-celebration, as well as those of their communities. We invite submissions that capture the essence of embracing one’s identity, strength, and individuality.
