The On The Roof season ends on Saturday, Sept. 23 with performances by Dekar Justus & Friends! On The Roof is a free, all ages concert series by the Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana. The concerts are outdoors on the Arts Council's Rooftop Art Deck in Downtown Evansville. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Music begins at 7 p.m. All ages are welcome. There is no cost to attend. The Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana and Building Blocks are partnering to present early childhood Creative Exploration Days at the Bower-Suhrheinrich Foundation Gallery on Main Street. Children ages 1 – 5 and their caregivers are invited to spend time in the gallery moving, building, creating, reading and imagining, because early learning happens through creative play. Staff from Building Blocks will be on-hand to share expertise, ideas and insight with caregivers as little ones interact with art supplies, instruments and movement toys.
