Have you ever wanted a hands-on lesson on how to craft the perfect cocktail? The Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana has you covered. The Arts Council combined the gallery and rooftop experience with the art of mixology to create a new series of fundraisers. The first event is May 13 — Friday the 13th. For the spooky day, we have a spooky cocktail, the sazerac. Inspired by the southern gothic haunts of New Orleans, the sazerac is a classic cocktail combining absinthe, rye whiskey, bitters and sugar. Participants will get to mix the non-alcoholic portions of the drink themselves with
